Eligibility for Returns:

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 48 to 72 hours through a purchase voucher, bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or in cash.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
