Return Policy
Duration of Exchange or Return:
Customers have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of order placement.

Shipping fees for the initial delivery will be deducted in all cases (change of mind, manufacturing defect) for both exchange and return.

The refund value will be returned to the customer through electronic wallets such as Vodafone Cash.
